Greetings, dear fellow travelers!

No matter the goal of your style search—whether you want to create your own vibrant character that reflects all facets of your soul or project an image that will foster career advancement—you'll need a solid foundation of facts about the potential of your appearance. Otherwise, you won't achieve a harmonious image, and that's precisely why we're all gathered here today.

In building this foundation, we are aided by a stylistic technical analysis—a derivation of those appearance characteristics that are difficult to ignore: color type, linearity, and image type. With this analysis of a bold and beautiful female volunteer, I would like to once again illustrate the importance and accessibility of defining these characteristics.

Let's start, traditionally, with the color type

ree

Color type is determined by key characteristics (warmth/coolness, lightness/darkness, brightness/softness) and further verified using collages. If you lack visual experience, you can test all color types using collages, but we'll stick with a few borderline ones. We'll also use our new product—a personalized palette based on your skin tones—to help. What are these colors? They're definitely soft and not cool—the list of suspects immediately narrows down to three autumns. We'll look at the specific ones using collages, but for the sake of clarity, we'll first "get rid" of the colored hair. Please don't be alarmed, but focus on the color harmony:

Warm Autumn - Soft Autumn - Dark Autumn

Warm, to be sure, is a bit too bright for our heroine. Dark is a bit better, and overall, our heroine's colors lean toward dark tones. But TO seems a bit heavy. When paired with Soft, a harmonious picture emerges. I'll demonstrate another method for confirming my guesses: compare the individual appearance palette with ready-made color type palettes, which I find adequate and effective:

And again, a confirmation of the Soft Autumn variant. Its colors are less dense and heavy. I allowed myself to experiment with our heroine's hair color as another visual aid:

A softer color creates a lighter, more natural impression, and also highlights the eyes without creating unnecessary shadows on the skin.

A brief introduction. Everyone knows what a color type is and understands its purpose (or maybe they don't fully understand it, but take its significance for granted). The topic of linearity is touched upon much less frequently, but it's no less (if not more) important. Once you become familiar with it, you stop dividing passersby into attractive and unattractive—they've either managed to decorate themselves with the appropriate frame, or "something went wrong." And almost always, the "wrong" lies in incorrect linearity, because beauty, as we know, is in harmony, and for this, the lines of the image must echo the lines of the appearance.

ree

Let's start looking for the lines that were meant to adorn our heroine. Let's engage our imagination and scan her face. What do we see? Do we see volume (that is, shapes) or just lines? Should we sculpt the face or draw it? Or maybe sketch it?

The first thing I'd like to note is the lack of pronounced angularity. Fragile, Aggressive, and Hard are immediately ruled out. The facial lines are very curved and even tense, so we won't consider Flabby either. Let's look at what remains. It's worth noting right away that the fullness of our heroine's face is definitely linear, while the outline is more likely a shape. Therefore, we'll evaluate them separately:

Elastic - Soft - Flowing - Solid - Elastic

Let's start with the fullness of the face. And right away, I'm glad—finally, someone doesn't look like a cute mouse surrounded by Flexible Lines. Compared to the Smooth Collage, a certain boldness, energy, and tension are noticeable. The Smooth Lines are too calm. Of course, the face is dominated by Flexible Linearity. Prints, details, and cut lines will depend on it. We look for the outline among the shapes: against the background of the Firm Lines, a certain tiredness appears on the face—it's not "puffy" enough. Soft textures harmonize very well, and from the Solid Lines, we see streamlined forms and pronounced bone structure, especially in profile.

Therefore, we base our look on a fairly dense, not flowing, not relaxed silhouette, rounded, without angles. Soft textures are also acceptable. This also applies to hairstyles—they should form a rounded monolith.

Image type, to put it simply, is your attractiveness, your sex appeal, that vibrant image you project to the world with particular ease and can fully express by following these guidelines. This is your role in our life-theater.

How do we determine the role of our beautiful maiden? We can base our analysis on the characteristics we've already identified, examining and correlating colors and lines with character types, but the simplest and most effective method is collages with a corresponding aesthetic. We examine and search for the "best role," first eliminating characters with a classical component, as such a strong linearity is highly unlikely.

Cheeky - Savage - Mystery - Cheerful - Tender - Sensual

And, of course, the linearity still leads us to the clear dominance of the dramatic component. Cheerful, Tender, and Sensual look very pale. Bold is overly childish, and Mysterious is overdone, although, if desired, one can try to mimic it. The most harmonious, given the linearity and warm color type, is Savage—with its streamlined forms, color palette, expressive profile, and bold, flexible lines, our heroine resembles a bird of prey.

What does our imagination draw when we look at the characteristics we found?

Early morning, an autumnal relic forest, twisting roots and tree trunks, and among them a beautiful archer with a faithful falcon over her head.

That's all for now, dear fellow travelers. I hope you found this analysis useful and inspiring. I'm also always happy to receive volunteers for a similar public analysis under special conditions.

Peace between the outer and inner to each and everyone!

Thank you for your trust, and until next time!
